Thin privilege is having people believe you when you say how much you eat.
This is a big one for me. Sometimes I eat large meals, and sometimes I don’t. Some days I don’t eat anything until late in the day because I’m busy, not hungry, sick, anything, and if I happen…
This. I hate it that when I order just a salad (which is exactly what my appetite calls for and which I LOVE) everyone looks at me like it’s just a front and poor fatty is trying to look like she doesn’t eat all that much but immediately after I get home I order 3 pizzas. (Which by the way I could do if I wanted, none of your business)
Yup. I’ve totally had days where all I want is a delicious caesar salad. There is a pizza hut by my house that makes SUCH a good caesar (i ask for extra croutons and bacon tho lol) and it’s excellent and I swear people look at me like I’m lost walking into pizza hut and walking out with a take out order of nothing but salad. I don’t get why they don’t understand that just like some days they crave a salad, so do fat people.
This post inspired me to go out later to get ingredients to make an amazing Greek salad for dinz!
